Established in 1925, the Duncan & Toplis group is one of the largest accounting and business advisers in the Midlands, providing a range of services to nearly 13,000 businesses and individuals.
Kay joined the firm in 2001 and has specialised in healthcare throughout her working life, including before joining the firm. She looks after a variety of healthcare businesses ranging from locum GPs and consultants to GP practices, federations, PCNs and other healthcare related businesses. Kay’s main areas of expertise are maximising income and ensuring tax liabilities are managed effectively. Kay is heavily involved in producing benchmarking reports to enable GP practices to measure performance and look at areas for improvement. Kay presents on a range of topics at healthcare seminars and local hospitals as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals for podcasts and webinars and she writes articles for specialist healthcare publications.
